Everything was very upfront. We liked their proposal the best. We're very detail oriented. We put many details into the standard contract and he worked with us on every point. Also, he was fast. I was pregnant with our third child and we needed the job done on time. He came through for us. There were no surprises, as far as costs. There were no issues. It was pretty close to perfect.
